RPR Final Thoughts

Another dynamite group with the Lilja. The idea of buying a rifle and then spending as much on a replacement barrel wont appeal to most people but if it does to you you cant go wrong with a drop in (so to speak) Lilja for your Ruger Precision Rimfire. When i got the barrel it retailed for around $900, with our shitty exchange rate these days it will be more so its not a small investment when the rifle is just over $800. Would i do it again? Probably as i like shooting rimfires even though i don't get enough time to do it. Would i pull it out of the safe before the Stiller 22lr? That would depend on what i was going to shoot, if it was range time then the Stiller would be first as i have shot it out to 500y but if we were going out into the field for a shoot then the RPR is the perfect choice and it has a range of different sized magazines that can be used in it.
